All resources of The Civic Action Free University (TCAFU) are available to assist in any activities of yourself and/or your organization that are related to constructive civic action, community service, and development.

TCAFU was originally established to provide comprehensive support to domestic civic action programs in the United States, and is therefore somewhat "USA-centric" in content. However, much of the material that it contains could have useful applications in other countries throughout the world.

As a "free university," TCAFU does not offer formal academic credit or degrees, but instead endeavors to provide practical, real-world information for the purpose of diagnosing and solving real-world problems.

TCAFU's web site is quite extensive. The best way to explore it without having your eyes glaze over or becoming dizzy is to print it out, review it using a highlighter pen to mark the portions that you think might be of interest, and then go back on-line to explore those specific components.

There, you will find links to assist you in identifying the full range of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and civic action programs already operating in the country.
