In response to the South Asia tsunamis and and earthquakes of 2005, a list of some of the major Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) active in relief and recovery efforts was prepared.

It can be reasonably assumed that several of these same organizations will be assisting in response to last week's earthquake in Indonesia.

If you wish to assist in the relief and recovery effort, try reviewing the list and determine whether there are any to which you want to contribute.
